They create a wonderful atmosphere that encourage me to learn more about birds. They really got me hooked. There is nothing better than sitting on my couch watching the birds eat from the feeders I bought!! Thank you for joy!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Previous experience had me return for a gift. My son-in-law put shoes on with his PJ's Christmas morning to get the feeder into the yard.

I ordered online and noticed on my front door camera that this was delivered by an individual from the store and not by a mail carrier. There have been troubles in the past with our mail carrier, and the store has responded by delivering our orders by hand the last two times. That level of customer service is unheard of these days. I appreciate this stores commitment to their customers so much. It's is truly above and beyond. I will not purchase our bird supplies anywhere other than this store as long as I live in this area.

The salesperson went WAAAY above and beyond to help me. As a new wild bird “feeder” I had lots of questions! She was very patient and knowledgeable.

Everyone there is very helpful. I would also like to add that they are humble- no one acts like a "know-it-all," which is refreshing and helps me feel I can ask more questions for help and just to be further educated in general about wild bird care.

I received a friendly greeting when I came into the store. I was taken to the birdseed that I wanted to purchase and the best part, I was directed to chocolates that were placed out for sampling.
