Wild Birds Unlimited

I love Wild Birds Unlimited! The Ladies are awesome, they know their stuff. The products are very nice and there are many treasures to find whenever I go.

Upon entering the store I was greeted like a friend. I always appreciate that. I was helped to find the right items, and given very helpful advice for my sterling challenge! The staff at the store is so knowledgeable, that it is worth the drive to get there.

The store is beautifully laid out and you can see so many items. Parking location is excellent. Staff and especially owner Sherri are helpful and knowledgeable. I end up buying more items than I originally went in for.

I had 2 coupons that I was allowed to use on this purchase (they were not expired). The woman working there is a regular and I enjoy interacting with her. And finally, the man working there helped carry my purchases out to my car. It was a very satisfying visit.

The sales staff is always very helpful in recommending food for the birds. They are knowledgeable about the birds in our area as well as the types of food they like. The staff is patient with our many questions. The store is very clean and it’s easy to find what we’re looking for or just to browse. It’s always a pleasure shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited!

Other stores could use to learn how to provide customer service from these folks, they do it right, bar none! I won't buy my birdseed and other items anywhere else.

Friendly folks that know about birds and how to attract them to our backyard. More than willing to offer up options. Couldn't be more pleased!
