I placed an order online. The representative called me within 1/2 hour to say the order was complete. In the store, he talked me through suggestions on how to more appropriately set up the feeder I had ordered. The suggestions were professional, and not from a place of salesmanship. I’ll definitely return to the store vs chancing orders on amazon that may not work for local birds.
