I'm always "highly satisfied" with my trading with WBU! For all those reasons I just checked in this survey.

Nick is awesome. Every time we get any product recommendations from him it exactly right on!

The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and very nice.

They carry what I needed and wanted. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I love the two cats they have as ambassadors.

Pricing is spot on AND the birds show up!

The winter cylinder did not stay together once I unwrapped it. I have not had that problem before. It broke in half so i put the large part on the spindle and the top two pieces that were broken I just scattered on the ground for the birds.
