Just a nice store with nice people to help and great products to chose from . Prices are a bit steep but feel I get quality products.

Dorothy helped me with my selection and showed me how to assemble my feeder and its height. A nice gentleman helped me to my car with my purchases.

This place is Exceptional. The folks who work here are consistently amazing in their understanding of all important things about birds. I only wish I had found thisplace sooner. it is always a pleasure to go here

The lady who helped me really tried to satisfy my every question. She was extremely helpful. I'm glad that you employ people who know what they are talking about.

We are regular customers. We got into Backyard Birding because of a class and we continue to return every 3-4 weeks to keep the birds fed. We consider the staff as friiends.

I could go on and on and on. First, the store has a wide variety of seed, suet, houses, et. The store is always clean, organized, and inviting! The quality of whatever it is that I purchase -- Nyjer, Fine Sunflower, Blended mixes, suet, peanuts et is top-notched. However, the 2 core reasons that keep me driving nearly 1.5 hours round trip are: your employees/team members and Blue and Bobby! I respect, appreciate and adore all of your team members and if Blue or Bobby ever needed a home, call me, please! I've Only ever shopped at WBU, what I know about feeding and caring for the birds is due to the WBU employees taking the time to teach me. I've never been pressured to spend more; I've never had one of the WBU do an 'up-sale' and because of this, I have No reason to shop at the stores nearer to my home. Plus, I'd get heartsick for Blue.

Ok. I live somewhere where I am not able to feed birds. I come to your store because of your amazing selection of gift items that I can buy for friends ( and, sometimes for myself).
