I'm new at this backyard, bird feeders, thing. Really frustrated with the squirrels and found the perfect solution in your store. Also want to be sure I'm setting up bluebirds fir successful nesting & got great help

The associate who assisted me was great! This location always has amazing service.

The staff always greet me when I come in the door. They offer to help me find what I'm looking for. make suggestions and share their love and knowledge of wild birds. They are quick to check me out when I'm ready, they always offer to carry or wheel my seed out to my car, they are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I enjoy the classes by author and naturalist Stephen Lyn Bales and the additional information about wild birds at the store. I live over 20 miles away but, since I started feeding birds, years ago, I have shopped in the store--I tried to order online once during COVID, my career is Information Technology, but I could not find exactly what I buy in the store. The store has been carrying more inventory recently, which I appreciate after driving to Knoxville every week or two exclusively for bird seed ;-)

The variety and quality of the food and supplies are excellent. The web-site is easy to use, and delivery is rapid and very cost-effective. My birds are very happy!
