I told the merchandise expert my bird feeder problem and they sold me exactly what I needed. Everything works great.

This is the best store in Knoxville devoted solely to bird watching. They have high quality seed and feeders and their staff is quite knowledgeable.

the employees are clearly very knowledgeable and helpful. They are not just focused on making the sale but making sure the customer leaves with what they actually need, which is not always what we come into the store to buy. Their guidance and assistance when making purchases is excellent. The quality of the seed and feeders we buy at WBU are the best quality and feeders last so much longer than those bought at the big box stores.

The staff and merchandise are great.

Each time I go to the store, I am greeted and asked if I need help (I usually don't, but that is nice). Products are easy to find and well-stocked and I always find something cute I can't live without :)

The store staff were super-nice, and I especially appreciated the fact that they did not mind me bringing in my dog. The selection was very decent, and the prices (almost) reasonable.
