The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and answer questions and give advice and guidance. I enjoy the variety of products available and am happy to shop here and bring great products back to my bird friends who flock to my yard.

My Name is Darryl Bresnahan , I have been in the store several times, the staff & ownership are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The only issue with the operation is that store needs a bigger parking lot.

This was my first visit. The merchandise was great and reasonably priced for a specialized store. The staff were amazing. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond providing excellent, in depth information.

Good quality product and always knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff. I’ll be honest with you, I wish that the bird food was less expensive as it’s getting to be costly feeding the birds in my neighborhood. I realize with inflation, covid, supply chain chaos it’s a rough ride for retailers but it is expensive for all of us.

As a first time buyer and new to the hobby of bird feeders I was so impressed with the staffs knowledge. They were fun and even joked about me buying my first selection at Canadian Tire. They helped pick the correct seed for what I wanted to attract and suggested a tray feeder to add to what I already had. I did purchase the tray feeder as well. This was one of the best first time buying experiences I've ever had and will be back.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they support small businesses and local businesses.
