Staff understood what I was looking for and gave great recommendations for product and use. The recommendations were very helpful for setting up and location of feeders.

Although the store was at capacity when I arrived a clerk came to the door and asked if there was anything specific I was after, that she could collect for me. When another client departed, she immediately came to get me, had what I wanted at the till and processed my order quickly. very helpful, very friendly.

The store is always very clean and it is spacious enough so that social distancing can be easily achieved. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable every time I shop in the store.

As a volunteer with Big Brothers I had attended the store to look at possibly buying a bird feeder building kit, however after speaking to the stores attendant, I was inspired to build a feeder with my “little” and return to purchase bird feed, 2 bird identifier pamphlets and joined the stores club
