I am new to birds so staff were very good helping me, did not push to buy anything which I like. I am 86 years old so they were very helpful. I had two ducks in my backyard which as never happened before., maybe it was the nuts I had left over when I bought a new one and I chopped the old one up and scattered it

Process was very smooth. All products available.

We live in Huntsville and only go to Barrie from time to time. The store accepted a bird feeder return (actually, an exchange) to another birdfeeder understanding why the one we bought didn't work. Staff went above and beyond to help us with male/female identification and we ended up buying more things than we had planned to. No regrets, the woodpeckers we have here (downy, hairy, and pileated) are all loving our new "wood" feeder :)

Staff immediately greeted me and if they could be of assistance. I did have need for advice and as usual they were extremely helpful.
