Was easy to order, we are a couple hours drive away so was good I could get delivery, and I joined the club which was great as my discount paid for it. Was called the next day to confirm my address and parcel arrived a couple days after. Great!

I was very pleased with my experience at the Barrie location of WBU. I brought a bird feeder in that needed repair, and was thrilled that they were able to fix it while I waited. I was expecting to have to leave it, and make another trip to pick it up. While I waited, I looked around the store, and picked up some bird seed that I needed. I find the staff at the store to be very friendly, and helpful.
