This store and it’s staff are amazing! We live in Timmins and my husband and I usually make two to three trips to this location but because of Covid we need to order our supplies online. They do such a great job !

The staff are so warm, welcoming, inviting and friendly. They know all their customers by first name and always make you feel like you're a somebody. And they all possess a wide-ranging and vast knowledge of every species of bird, the right feeder for what bird and the right food for what bird and/or feeder. Highly knowledgeable and helpful.
