The staff at this location is very friendly and welcoming. I am ALWAYS greeted with a warm 'Hello!' upon entering the store. Each of the staff members is very knowledgeable and is committed to providing excellent customer service. It is clear that each of them is passionate about birds and the joy of watching these beautiful backyard visitors. Quality of products is excellent. Online orders are filled and delivered quickly. I miss going into the store when travel time mandates online ordering. The handwritten note on receipts is a great touch.

Staff always helpful courteous knowledgeable

Staff are always so friendly & knowledgeable. There is a large selection of items to choose from, both feeders as well as seed choices. Staff always offer to carry out items purchased too.
