Always greeted and asked if assistance is needed within the first 30 seconds of entering the store. The lack of product was explained and when the delivery of new stock was expected to arrive.

I'm 80 yrs Young and my order was taken over the phone. When I arrived I called the store and a sales staff came out and put it through the window in the back of my car. We were both masked and I felt safe because it was slippery out and of the virus of course.. Service couldn't be better other than product being free. Lol

Store was well set up. Staff went over and above to help me. Staff carried both seed bags to car for me.

I find the quality of the birdseed I purchased was very good. The staff was friendly and took the time to get to know me. Plus I like the fact with a membership I get 15% off of my purchases.
