Delivery is prompt and always includes a hand written thank you. We live in Timmins and only get to to store maybe twice a year. The online service is top notch! My daughter and place an order together and split the delivery cost! It’s well worth it. However there’s nothing like shopping in store but geographically for us it makes sense to order online. Best quality of food all of the time! Best staff too !

Staff always great with product suggestions, they know their inventory well. Helpful with specific bird advice (or squirrels). Good quality product.

I went in looking for something specific and couldn't find it. the sales person directed me to the item and asked if I had considered a different seed blend and told me the difference. I ended up buying the one he recommended.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Cameron served me and was great to deal with. He also helped carry my purchases to my vehicle even though it was a short distance from the store. He thanked me for my business and was cheerful throughout. It made my day.
