I am always incredibly satisfied when I shop at the WBU store in Barrie. The staff are very friendly and take the time to engage with customers, remember frequent customers, and are very knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to purchase, but always walk out with more than what I need (in a good way). Great selection of items, nicely displayed. But it really is the staff at this store that keeps me coming back each time!
