Awesome staff. Great place to shop for my birds

We went into the store feeling totally defeated by the Starlings in our yard. Leanne was available (yay) and she walked us through several options to remedy the situation. We ended up purchasing a tube feeder and a cage for it and, once we put it up, the small birds were free to eat without being bullied by the Starlings. Leanne also recommended the Sunflower Chips for our tray feeder and told us that the Starlings apparently would not eat that. I have to tell you that I am in sheer amazement that they actually won't touch it!! The chips are almost like a repellent to the Starlings!! The birds in our yard that are eating the sunflower chips are Goldfinch, White-breasted Nuthatches, Black-capped Chickadees and Mourning Doves. We even had a Downy Woodpecker enjoying some. We also put a safflower cylinder on our dinner bell feeder which the Starlings are not interested in. Leanne is the absolute best and we LOVE dealing with her. She is super knowledgeable and warm and friendly.

Order fulfillment was right away and out to post office same day. Always a nice little personal note on our invoice and a free gift.

got everything we went for. Quite a long distance from our home so we rarely get to store. We were disappointed when they stopped offering delivery of large bags of no mess. Small bags cost a lot more so we buy locally at feed store between trips to Barrie.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, but never overly pushy. The atmosphere in the store is wonderful and inviting. The products are excellent and I always leave with what I need (and more!)
