It's been at least 10 years that I only shop at WBU for my bird feeders and bird food. I first acquired my first WBU bird feeder in Toronto, and I was highly satisfied. Then in 2017 I moved to Alberta. I brought my system pole with me and used there for 4 years. Then, 2 years ago when I moved back to Ontario and I moved my feeders again. It's still the same one I got in Toronto more than 10 years ago! And now, living in Huntsville, the Barrie WBU (which has the best team EVER!) is the closest one for me, so I make sure to buy bulk and store enough bird food at home to make sure my birds will always be happy 😊 P.S. the Barrie WBU fixed my mesh feeder that was attacked by a bear last year! And Leanne is beyond helpful for anything that I need. I've already recommend the store for lots of friends.

They had what we went in for and the sales associate recommended a product that best suited our needs and budget. He also saw that we needed to renew our account and was most helpful in getting that done and explaining the advantages of having a membership.
