I love going to this store! The staff are super friendly without being pushy, they are knowledgeable and the store has a great selection.

The lady was very kind and had put my bag of seed at the cashier counter, ready for my arrival. It was close to the time of closing. ( 6pm) I mentioned I was on the hiway and doing my best, and she stated that she would wait. I did make it prior to 6pm, however she mentioned again that had I been late, she would have waited until I arrived. This is kind and very good customer service. Sincerely, Amber Taylor

It is always fantastic customer service at this store, the staff are enthusiastic and very willing to help. As is normal, I left the store with a smile on my face.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of stock and if there isn’t you are offered to have it ordered and notifying you when it has arrived.

Staff greeted me as soon as entered store, were friendly, knowledgeable, professional & didn't hover while looking around the store!

Quality of bird food is exceptional. I've tried others and was left with uneaten fillers. I've been coming to this store for a few years now and all the staff is always friendly and most helpful. The staff's knowledge is so helpful for choosing the right food.
