A minor glitch in completing the ordering process online led to a telephone dialogue with the Barrie store personnel. After some mutual attempts to resolve the problem, we finally managed to get the program to accept the order. The Barrie store filled the order, shipped it and it arrived at our door within 48 hours. Most satisfactory!

This is one of my favorite stores. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a great selection of quality merchandise.

It's always such a pleasant experience shopping in your Barrie store - the staff are wonderful and provide me with lots of birding tips!

It was my first time in a Wild Birds Unlimited. The birds in my yard were not eating at my feeders, first time in 20 years. I bought new seed and some bark butter. The birds are back. Very thankful. Will definitely buy my seeds & etc from here from now on. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to trying new feed and feeders.

The gentleman that assisted me in the store was very knowledgeable and explained everything in plain simple language that anyone could understand. He went beyond my expectation, as often staff in a store are not as well versed in the produce that they have for sale. He is to be recommended !!!

We love this store! We had just gotten married and had a gift card and were so excited to go and spend it. We wanted to buy the bird feeder system. The young lady helping us was so knowledgable and helpful. It was a great experience!
