From the moment I stepped into the store at 3 minutes before closing time, the woman who served me was friendly, helpful, took me to the merchandise I needed. She asked questions to be sure I had the right item and did not seem to be in a rush for me to leave even though it was past the time of closing. This rarely happens and I was very impressed, and apologetic for keeping her there. I'm sorry that I don't remember her name and hope your sales record will provide you with that. In fact, every time I go to the store, and my husband too, we comment on how friendly and helpful the staff are, how they make suggestions for different products, and even help us to carry merchandise out to the car. Our compliments to everyone at the store!
