The staff were very friendly and knowlegable. I love browsing at this store. I love the quality of the bird feeders.

The young woman who helped me was so knowledgeable on the foods and what the birds liked to eat. We talked about feeding habits and all the way to migration habits. It was fun to speak with her.

The store employee who helped me find what I was looking for was extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific product that was not on the shelves and she immediately said she would look for it in the back room and was successful in finding it! When I was cashing out, she explained that my membership had recently expired and took the time to tell me what the benefits were to renew it and save on my current purchase as well as receive a free bag of birdseed. She even offered a calendar for 2024! I never felt rushed and she went through the order with me for accuracy before I paid. It was wonderful. There should be more employees like this. I don't know her name, but hopefully someone can check this out and give her the recognition she deserves.

Came with a purpose and fulfilled it easily. Staff very kind to my children.
