We are highly disappointed that a lifetime warranty does not mean lifetime. We brought in a part of our pole system and a Niger feeder dome for which neither was replaced nor was a discount offered.

If I said I was not satisfied that was an error due to my extreme vision problem. I LOVE the store and as soon as I can get a ride there again I will be back and now I want to know more about different birds that I have in my yard and how to feed and help them. Sorry if I messed up the survey.

i understand we are dealing with unprecedented times but there are lots of people that don't want to perpetuate this agenda - i will not be dictated too, nor do i want to feel like i'm been scolded like a school child in front of other people when i enter into a store - i'm not the only one thats been treated this way, in this store - its militant and quite frankly i'd rather shop elsewhere if this is the stand your taking! i don't have a problem in any of the other stores i enter into you might want to loosen the up a bit!
