I have a paid membership which gives me a discount. I was given the discount on my 2nd transaction (because the clerk forgot to ring in one item) but not for my first original transaction.

I have purchased products from WBU for a number of years. Since I moved to Muskoka product has always been delivered to my house. I changed from the Toronto location to the Barrie location to support local business. When I placed my first order to be delivered to my house - it was sent to my post office and had to be picked up. I could not lift it into my vehicle and had to ask for help. It was not packaged properly either and product was falling out of the bottom of the box. I really hope future orders will be delivered to my house. I usually order in bulk and simply cannot lift heavy shipments.

Store is very nice, staff great but your prices are very high. I hate that I have to buy your loyalty/discount card

Staff member was cranky and supercilious when i asked for help choosing which kind of No Mess mix to buy- there was no need to be snitty about my question. The biggest problem was my my $100 bill being refused for a purchase of $70. I was told there was not enough $ in the float to make change. Really? At Christmas? So many people use cash at Christmas. The overall attitude was not at all friendly or helpful and I will do my best to avoid buying here again. I have an account, i have been a regular customer but the whole experience was a bummer and not worth the aggravation, especially since it was my birthday. Maybe people who enjoy people should be working in the store??

I have spent close to if not more than $700 at this store since moving to the north early 2021. It is not on my path to my Lakehouse but I make the detour as opposed to using my store in Burlington. I feel it is important to support local vendors. On this occasion, after spending $165 I asked to borrow their washroom as I had been driving for 2 hours with 2 more to go. They declined my request. They accept my money but cannot offer a simple human convenience. Your chance of me shopping there again is almost zero

My order was 3 bags of bird seed and a bird feeder. Everything was in the same box and the bird feeder was in pieces. Disappointed that the feeder was put in with heavy seed and all shipped together!

Ordered a 50ib bag of seed online and was billed appropriate amount to Visa. At pick up was given a 20lb bag of seed. When error was brought to staffs attention they realized there were no 50 lb bags in stock. I agreed to purchase two 20ib bags but was told this would have to be a completely new transaction at an increased price per pound. Was also told it would take a number of weeks for my Visa to be credited for the original purchase. To date the original purchase has yet to be credited. Although the staff was very pleasant and helpful they found it difficult to resolve a situation where the online inventory did not agree with your in store availability.

First of all, for people that work the hours for pick up (10-4) are extremely inconvenient and almost not doable. Also, I got voice mail when I called to say I was there so had no idea if my presence was known. I realize it's challenging but I think these are minor tweaks. Also, I totally understand and support staying with curbside pickup.

The attitude of the female salesperson was not friendly and open. She offered service but she seemed very unhappy came across as curt and at one point flat out told me I was wrong and she was right, regarding a particular stock item. Maybe she was having a bad day. I was disappointed, as the service has always been excellent during prior visits.

Was very satisfied, however the prices could be a bit lower.
