Carton was "smashed open" and ll contents were visible . Fortunately, Delivery Person placed box inside the front porch and nothing was missing or damaged.

Spent close to 1000 dollars on seed and peanuts in a year. All shipments were delivered to door. Now, I am told my orders qualify for free shipping. But I have to pick it up. No free shipping. Were you permanently damaged by past, current and future lockdowns? Many customers are in continuing lockdown in spite of what our totalitarians say. If delivery to door is no longer an option, then I will change providers to ones that do deliver to door. PS Prepare for MonkeyPox/Marburg/Polio lockdowns.We are in a war against humanity, and the critters are affected as well.

The store didn't have any disinfectant for the hands (the container was empty). While the cashier was ringing in the bill, I repeated twice that it was my birthday month to the cashier and yet she didn't deduct the $5.00 from my purchase (I am a member). She gave me my receipt and I asked her if she had deducted the $5.00. She replied that she would have to cancel my order and process the bill again for it to happen. She also said that she would write a note about it in the system. I also had a $10.00 bird bucks and nowhere on my receipt do I see it. What's the point of being a member???

this relates to a previous delivery. At some point some of your no mess bird seed contained moth or moth larva as I had a problem with moths over the entire winter and eventually ended up getting airtight containers to store the bird seed. FYI, i have been buying and feed birds for more than 20 years and have never had a problem until i started shopping with you. Also from a previous order, i do not like the quality of your unshelled peanuts. They are raw. It would be better if they were roasted. The only reason why i shop with you is because your online shopping and delivery is convenient. But i am looking for somewhere better as the moth issue really upset me and your peanuts just stick to each other in the feeder.

Received bird feeder with top warped. However, there was a small bag of feed included in my order that I didn't order. I thought maybe that was compensation for the quality of the bird feeder. I would have preferred a discount, but its okay. Not a great first experience.

Your web page is not an easy way for a senior to order. I asked if I could place an order by phone and the employee said no. In this survey,however, you ask how we ordered- by phone or on line? So you you must accept some phone orders???

Way too expensive. Its birdseed. I am not chucking diamond necklaces at these birds. For what I paid, including an unnecessary membership(?) I could have bought a years worth of seeds from the bulk barn

Although we live in Barrie we have found the service but one of the employees rather unfriendly and has Put us off from going as frequently as we have been. It used to be the friendliest knowledgeable employees but the last few times we found it much different. If I wasn’t a long time 20 plus year customer and love your products so much I may consider another location

I don’t like the way the sales people POUNCE on you as soon as you get through the door. Why can’t customers just browse through the store and take their time. It is a VERY small store and very easy to find things. If we need help we will ask. It is not nice to hound your customers. Please!
