Everything was great as usual. I was just a tad disappointed you didn't have striped sunflower seeds ... Not a big deal at all though :)

I love your staff and look forward to going to your store so I l a little embarrassed admitting this...but the staff are too eager to help. I'm a regular customer and know exactly where the supplies are that I need, but I also like to browse and see what is new. I understand the challenges of COVID19, but if I had a moment to browse, chances are very good I would have purchased additional items and spent more money. You missed an opportunity for a greater sale.

I made an online purchase so store questions didnt qualify.

Although we were at the checkout, the fellow at the cash left to talk to another customer. We had to wait aprox. 10 min till a lady came from the back to assist us.

I feel that the prices are a bit higher than I would like. I was hoping for a good discount, perhaps I'm off on what I think a reasonable cost of seed should be. Maybe a comparison sticker of prices from other more mainstream stores, like Canadian tire. That might make your customers feel better about the prices they are paying.

Staff is very helpful, products are very visible and easy to get at. As a member it is nice to save when cashing out.

when the feed cylinders arrived, they were all shattered. The product was either thrown around in the box or the manufacture is reducing the sticking agent to hold the feed together, either way it became lost product. My money was not well spent at that moment. The staff of Orillia branch were notified and did assist on trying to correct the situation. This was the 3rd time this has happened through the delivery source. Each order is well over $100.00 x 3 orders

The prices have gotten too high. We will be rationing the seed for the birds from now on.
