I wish your website had more details about the products and images that are expandable

The cost of bulk peanuts was greatly over what I’ve paid at other stores and no pricing was available or displayed. I would never have purchased them at this store if I knew the price ahead of time. Over 50% more expensive then 50lbs from other stores. Upon inspection they also look to be old and partly moldy

Had wanted to buy a box of regular suet cakes but they only had the premium brand. Means I’ll have to make another trip back to the store some time. The south end Barrie store is not easily accessible. Was able to buy everything else I needed.

Did not have a part for a bird feeder post we purchased

It was a very quick visit to pick up supplies that I knew that I wanted. There have been previous visits when I chatted with staff about species and supplies which I loved their knowledge.

Prices are high

great products at higher prices. You might consider repair parts for the feeders you sell as stock items. Very clean and knowledgeable store and staff. Birds seem to love the products.

The shopping experience at WLU met my expectations. I think a satisfied customer is the objective to aim for. If you want me to be highly satisfied I would suggest giving me a reduction on the price of the product when I purchase it.
