I purchased a 20 pound bag of finch seed which will probably last me over 60 dayS and I also have 2 packages of suet sprouts n my freezer with2/3 left in the feeder.

I did not realize about the curb side pickup, so I called from in front of the store. She seemed annoyed that I didn't order on line and had to take my personal info over the phone. Other than that...She brought my order right out and everything was fine

Cost is higher than alternatives but selection is good.

I ordered 2 bags of 20lb bird seed and qualified for free delivery. Canada Post refused to unload the product and left a card with "heavy" in our post box and had to go pick it up at the post office. There was a person home who was quite capable of lifting or assisting. The post office is some ways away. Had I known they wouldn't unload it I would have gone to the store to have curb-side pick up.

Highly satisfied, means to me that it was above and beyond. Nothing went wrong, the order and the pick up went smoothly and I was satisfied.

As a long time customer, or really for any customer, I am disappointed that I was not informed of an upcoming sale while making my purchase. I specifically asked if there were any Christmas specials because I was spending over 150$ in store and I was told there were no specials going on. Only to find out by email of the Boxing Day promotion on line. It would have been nice to have been advised that a promotion of spend over 99$ on line and cub side pick gets the first 100 customers a free food cylinder 3 days later. That way I could have made a decision to place order 3 days later to get free cylinder or just continue with in store purchase. Finding out after the fact feels wrong
