I am waiting for the chickadee t-shirt to comeback in stock in my size. I’m a woman size 16. Otherwise I love the store. It’s so clean it’s the only place I will go into during Covid. I like to physically see the new stuff. :)

I was satisfied, I shop there all the time.

Satisfaction level was about what I expected. Highly satisfied would be if I got more than expected.

My order of live meal worms was forgotten. The clerk called to apologize but as my husband was almost home by that time, it was not great. Perfectly understood that mistakes happen. Just wanting you to know since we live two and a half hours away and now I have to try to arrange someone to pick up for me since we are not back in the area until July. Disappointed, extremely so since I have a robins nest and am hoping mom could use that to feed her babies. Won’t stop my shopping there, just disappointed.

Because Highly Satisfied to me means that something was above and beyond. Satisfied is gettng what I expected when I expected it - it's still a good review

Had to call the displayed phone number three times. Got voice mail the first two tries.

I had asked for the mason bee clay and when I placed the order I forgot to clarify what I was paying for then when I phoned back I was told the packages of clay were sold out but there is clay in the kit I ordered. I had hoped to get extra clay to avoid extra postage if I need more clay for the mason bees. Oh well

I was satisfied. Highly satisfied would have required something to exceed expectations, but as things were everything was what would be expected from a normal shopping experience.

Product is quite expensive. Makes me wonder what the net cost is.
