Parcels are delivered via Canada post therefore due to the weight I can always order what I may need as I have to pick it up from the post office - would order more if was delivered by a courier to the door. I also never get a notification of when shipped so there fore I have no way of tracking order to see when it will arrive at post office

On my first trip the product I wanted was not available. I was available in about a week but that necessitated an additional trip from Penetang. On third trip an error was made on cash. When I noticed it after I left the store, it was readily, courteously and apologetically corrected/refunded.

Highly satisfied requires an above and beyond experience. My experience was good, but no more than what I would have anticipated.

The boxes were very heavy, although I know that is the nature of birdseed, it could be disbursed among more boxes to make them lighter. Other than that I love WBU!

The price. WBU is more expensive for some of the exact same products that another similar store in my area. I will therefore buy elsewhere.

Same as with most everything prices have to go up but my income does not increase at the same rate.

I really need a squirrel baffle, but we're unable to order online, it is instore only. Unfortunately my work hours are the same as the store hours, so im not able to get to the store often. But i understand, and will eventually get one, other than that i really appreciate that we're still able to order for delivery, and have no other issues
