I was satisfied with WBL. I think the only way to be highly satisfied is to have paid a lower price for the merchandise.

I think satisfied covers our experience to be highly satistied you would have to serve coffee and donuts or give us a little floor show with some trained birds or give us the purchase at a 50% discount.so lets not get carried away.

I was impressed with how quickly my order came. I was surprised to see that the items were packed with foam pellets. That somehow doesn't match a business that promotes nature. The one item, the cylinder with nuts and worms, was instantly popular with 7 species of birds. It will be gone in a few days. However, the bark butter after 3 days is getting no takers at all. We even stuck some on top of the cylinder and the birds used it to stand on but won't even try it. That is disappointing but overall I am happy with my 1st experience ordering from WBU. It's a great store.

I was impressed by how quickly my order arrived. My only comment is that it would be nice to not have a box full of foam pellets to throw out. I was surprised to see them. They don't really seem to go with a nature store.

As a very regular customer who does not live close enough to shop in store I was disappointed to have put in a big order on a Saturday only to find out if I had waited until Monday I could have received double points. I wish I either had advance notice or a window of time to still get that promotion
