The only complaint I have is that the merchandise is overpriced. All other facets of the visit were fine.

As with 99% of consumer products the prices have risen and it limits what we are able to purchase. In no way is this the fault of your store or your employees.

I told the young lady at the store that last year I purchased a bag of blended niger seed that was recommended by your staff and the birds would not eat it from day one and she said her birds eat it but I had to dump mine and now have the black. No mention of a credit just my tough luck. Ralph Day

You weren't able/willing to get a replacement part for my Aspects hummingbird feeder, as your staff said you don't carry them (they said the feeders you sell are all made specifically for your store). However, when I contacted Aspects Inc directly for the part, they told me that they make birdfeeders for Wild Birds Unlimited in Canada, and suggested that perhaps I could get a replacement part through them (?).
