As with everything these days pricing is the priority for the customer and the retailer. So nobody wins. We carry on and thank God we live in Canada.

Prices for the food are getting really high..

I noticed you did not use Canada Post this time - which is great because the last time the product was only sent to the local post office for me to pick up. Most time with CP there are damages This time it can via courier and arrived right at our door! That’s fantastic. However one of the bark butter container was broken and product spilled onto the rest of the order. Not sure if it’s a packing or shipping issue. Overall the products are great, I just wish it would arrive in good conduction Rena

There is always room for improvement

I would like to see a 50.00 free shipping rather than 99.00. I think it would encourage me to order more.

1st visit waiting to see if any birds come to eat the seed

Prices are high. Other than that I was satisfied.

I was satisfied but I won’t be likely to return in the next 60 days due to the volume of product I purchased. I won’t need to be back for a more than a couple of months.

I absolutely love this store. I love the products and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Its just that I find it very expensive. However I do think your products are of a high quality. I just cant shop there as much as I would like to.
