Ordered online for pickup Saturday. Staff member called and left a message on Saturday that my order would not be ready until Monday as one of the items was not available until then. On Monday they called and said my order was still delayed and wouldn’t be ready to pick up until after 4pm. I was already in Barrie so I waited until it was ready. Staff member was very apologetic.

The prices continue to be extremely high. I only for the most part now only buy the finch blend which is extremely expensive and I now mix it with another product from another establishment to make it go farther. I "used" to get black oil sunflower seed here, but it too has become extremely expensive so I get 2 40lb bags at Costco for a lot cheaper. We go through that in a hurry at our place so this makes a big difference when you have to buy several bags a year. I still buy suet at your establishment because I like the product and selection. "Could" get that too for lower prices, but I believe in this case yours are higher quality. The black oil sunflower seed though I find is just as good from other places for a lot cheaper. Another note......used to get a free calendar at your store but apparently that is no longer as I had to buy mine last year. Was not going to pay for one this year so got a couple of calendars from other establishments. Sometimes, it's just the little things.

Staff were able to fix my finch feeder. Stock on the shelves was low though

With most of the delivery damaged I was expecting a gesture of good will but there was nothing offered. Just basically better luck next time

Bird Bucks, I order( because I live 40 minutes north of nearest store in Barrie, but I spend my winters in Florida, so Every Year my Bird Bucks expire before I’m home☹️☹️☹️Otherwise I LOVE everything about wbu and Love the Barrie store and staff, so it’s all about bucks or points expiring quickly

Quality and I’ve been shopping there for a long while
