The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have helped me with repairs to a couple of my bird feeders over the summer. I’ve found they have good advice on the types of seed to use and how to discourage squirrels. Good folks.

Friendly, fast service. Offered to help me carry purchases back to car even though it was chilly outside. Salesperson very knowledgeable about merchandise. Store is always tidy and clean with lots of stock on hand.

We enjoy the staff, and their kitties! The man on duty gave helpful suggestions, and he is funny and nice. Parking is a breeze. Wild Birds is simply a happy place to go! Truth be told we have more suet than we need but when I drive by I find a reason to stop in! 😃

The staff at Wild Birds Unlimited is very knowledgable about all the products. They are very willing to help out beginner birders like us and make recommendations. The staff even help us identify local birds. We feel the quality of the seed and other merchandise is very high compared to big box stores. We have returned and made more purchases and have recommended Wild Birds to others.
