I’m a long-time customer. I’m an avid birder. I’m a regular. I appreciate this staff as though they were friends. They are always happy to talk Birds and bird experiences. Their advice is valued. They help me trouble-shoot new issues. The products for Birds are high quality and I love the ‘extras’ - gifts, bird-themed items, jewelry etc.

The staff appeared very knowledgeable about products available and freely made numerous appropriate recommendations without pressuring us to make purchases. It was a very enjoyable experience.
