Because of Leanne’s great knowledge of birds and all of the products you carry. When I was disappointed about not being able to buy 6 packs of SuperSuet, she explained it very well and I ended up buying a variety of suet cakes instead. All the while, Leanne fully explained the benefits of each. When my husband and I go to the store, we are always really happy to have opportunity to speak with Leanne. She helped to instill my love of birds and feeding when I was new to birding, about 6 years ago!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They don't pester you but they make you feel welcomed and let you know they're happy to help if you have any questions. They always offer to help you with your big seed bags to the car which is a nice thing to do.
