The lady that helped was was extremely helpful. We were in two weekends in a row and she helped us every time. She was not pushy and explained everything to us and really helped us out as we are just starting to get into more bird feeding.

The sales people in this store are all full of great information whenever I ask a question. Extremely helpful at all times, cheerful greeting when walking into the store. I am extremely satisfied with the service at the Barrie location

They have a very good variety of bird supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable & will recommend products to you if you have questions. They will offer to take your purchase to your car if you need assistance.

Staff is very knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store All the staff can answer any questions on different birds. The store is very clean and they always carry out my big bags of bird feed to my car.
