My experience was about an on line, delivery order, which I am blown away by. The speed of processing and delivery was phenomenal. I absolutely loved your 2 lbs of free birdseed (the good stuff), and the cute postcard about the staff who did this. Your survey kept asking questions about my in-store experience, without the option of N/A, so I put neither satisfied or unsatisfied.. Should have been more about carrying on satisfying customers in this pandemic. Your rating is off the scale.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. The products are superior...our wild birds love it! Recently, due to the Covid-19 virus, WBU implemented online ordering and either no-contact delivery or no-contact store pick-up. We took advantage of the no-contact store pick-up. It went smoothly and it was nice to see our friendly WBU staff member from afar. Thank you for keeping everyone safe during these precarious times, while still keeping operations running!

We are facing the Coronavirus. I purchased online and it was brought out to my trunk 🤗 amazing.

Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. With the current shut down of store access it was very easy to obtain product and stay safe. Talking to the staff on the phone they explained how I could order on line and pick up at the store by backing in and staff would put my order in my trunk.

Although the website wouldn't let me renew my membership on-line, the owners did it all for me so that i could use the new curbside pick-up. :)

wildbirds unlimited Is my go to store for all my bird feeding supplies. They remember my name which is lost in stores today. They answer my birding questions. The food always attracts the birds.

I enjoy coming to the store and talking with staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
