Staff is knowledgeable of the product available. And my.bird population is very happy with the menu I give them. Squirrel proof feeder and baffle fantastic. Safflower deters the large piglet birds. Finch food is loved by the woodpecker!

The attention to customer service by "all" staff, the knowledge of each staff member on the product offerings plus the true and genuine interest in birds was the very best we've had in a specialty bird food store. We were also impressed in the way the staff made sure our product selection met our needs. The store was well laid out and oodles of fun to shop in. It's a bit of a drive for us as we live up north but when we drop off our cat in Barrie when we are visiting or travelling, we are definitely stocking up. We certainly did on our last trip. No room in the back of the truck - ha ha.
