Two staff members were in discussion with a customer when I walked into the store. I stopped several yards away to allow them to continue without interruption and one of the staff members broke away from the talk and came over to offer assistance without hesitation. We discussed my issue and she suggested a solution and excused herself to check out the stock in the back room. Back within 3 to 4 minutes with the solution in hand and I was a happy camper on my way to my next stop within 10-15 minutes of my arrival.

Love feeding birds and it was lovely shopping in a store that had birdsong and had merchandise that concentrates on feeding our precious winged creatures.
