It’s always a pleasure To come to the store. Always a greeting when we come in. Any question I ask about a different bird in our back yard,if they can’t answer it they will always get back to us.

Since purchasing the squirrel buster feeder, and the suggested no mess seeds...watching birds come to the feeder all winter is such fun!

The staff were attentive , knowledgeable and friendly. The store stocks so many wonderful items that enhance my enjoyment of my hobby!

After I entered the store I was quickly approached by a staff member and offered assistance. The staff was friendly and efficient. The store was clean and it was easy to see all the products available.

I am new to bird watching as I have recently moved from the GTA. The staff at the store was very knowledgeable and suggested some products that I had not known about. I am very excited to learn more about birdwatching and how and what to feed them going forward.

So many more birds and variety of birds and consistency of them visiting our yard with your food compared to any other stores/brands! Orders are always correct and ready. Super friendly staff.
