The products are superior as compared to bird food products at big box stores. The staff are fantastic - they love birds as much as I do and are very knowledgeable. I love learning from them.

The staff (Peter) I dealt with is very friendly and informative and helpful. The bird seed is a very high quality and the birds don't waste it. I have cardinals, blue jays, nuthatches, chickadees, goldfinches, sparrow, blue birds, rose breasted grossbeaks, evening grossbeaks, doves, downy and hairy woodpeckers, orioles, pinkish coloured sparrow like birds and not so many grackles, starlings and blackbirds as in the summer. The little birds will eat from my hand and land on my head. I am thrilled that I have learned so much just from shopping in the store. I was getting my orders filled on line and delivered which helped out immensely. I have become very involved in feeding and watching my new friends. Thank you for being a great store to visit.
