Anne, the sale person was very good and explained the benefits and cons of certain types of seed over others. She also fully explained the best feeder for my squirrel issues. She even helped carry my purchases to my vehicle.

Got what I wanted and check out was efficient.

Since I am a frequent and regular customer, it feels great to be greeted by name and a big smile. The staff are birders too so it feels good to share recent birding experiences. I think the quality of the merchandise is very high and there is always something new.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store was immaculately clean and spacious enough to easily permit social distancing.

The variety & quality of your products are exceptional. There isn't another retailer in barrie that can match Wild Birds. My wife & I get a lot of pleasure from our bird feeders & absolutely everything on our stand was purchased at Wild Birds.

As usual, staff were friendly, were asking cusyomer to sanitize tgeir hands upon entering and limiting the number of customers insude the store. Felt safe shopping and had another great experience
