Well I always shop at this store because I love the products and the convenience of the online option because I do not live in Barrie. The store staff was amazing when arrived and this time I met someone new. I would not purchase my bird products anywhere else.

I love the website/FB posts. So informative. I like that someone replies to a comment I post on FB! I received my order today and was so excited and actually taken aback by the personalized written comment on my invoice! Thank you also for the surprise free bag of bird seed gift with my DSC membership. It is very clear that customer service is a priority and I really appreciated the written note!
