Staff are courteous, very friendly and knowledgeable of the products I came to buy as well as able to answer all my questions about feeds and proper bird feeder for the birds I was inquiring about and the service was FAST and we were (my husband and I) promptly attended and out of the store quickly! Great experience with a particular staff, the BEST asset at the WBU Barrie, I believe FRED is his name, the ONLY male staff we have been attended at this WBU Barrie location! Thank you very much.
