Efficiency was perfect. I was very impressed how quickly my on line order was answered after it was sent. It was a nice drive to your location for curb side pickupand we were immediately met by a wonderful and polite gentleman, who carried out my purchases directly into the trunk of my car. Now that's service!

The handwritten note on my copy of invoice really touched my heart. Our orders always have a note but DB (don't know the name) actually went above and beyone and personalized it by acknowledging that the mealworms were for our special overwintering Baltimore Oriole. Well done!! Thank you.

Everything went veryt well. The merchandise was good quality. The only area for improvement would be with providing a link to the delivery instructions. When I looked up the order of the WBU site it showed as complet but there was no indication of how it was being shipped and when it would arrive and provided no link to tracking information. I called the store and they were able to look up my order and find the Canada Post tracking info for me. I would have preferred if that info was available on-line.

Originally, I had placed the order and requested delivery but since I was going to Barrie, I then requested the order be available for cut side pick-up. The change was completed by one of the staff members (sorry didn’t get her name) and it worked out.
