I am a member and I only purchase the No Mess bird seed. I called, staff looked up my number, verified the product and told me she would put it aside to be picked up. I advised that I would be coming the following day. I didn’t give a time. On arrival the next day, I called the number on the window to announce my arrival. Staff immediately had my order ready. I came to the door and paid my bill. Staffer came out with product and placed in the rear of my SUV along with my receipted bill and I drove home. Easy peezie thank you.
