I always find what I’m looking for. When ordering on-line, I receive my merchandise in a timely manner. Before the pandemic I usually selected to shop at the store so that I can see other products.

I've moved from Barrie to Port McNicoll. Although I commute to Barrie for work. My work hours do not allow me to meet the 4pm curbside pickup. So having it come directly to was fantastic 👏 🙌

It is always a great experience. I almost missed the store hours, but called ahead and they waited for me or would have left it outside as I had almost arrived a few minutes after closing.

The quality of the bird food is second to none. The birds LOVE it. Also, the staff is always fantastic- knowledgeable and helpful.

Orders always shipped promptly. Delivery delay was with Can. Post, not WBU. Product is always excellent & whenever I need help by phone the staff is great. I wish product detail at website was more extensive; more details needed for feeders & other non-food products, like measurements & pictures that can be enlarged and even more than 1 pic for each item would be nice.

My order was ready for pick up very quickly, and was quick and easy to pick up curb side

The staff, all of them, are so kind and knowledgeable and get things done very efficiently. I recommend them regularly.
