Exactly what I ordered, in great shape, even a 5 lb bonus bag of food for renewing membership. And the birds are very happy!

I am fairly new to 'birding' and have had my Squirrel Buster for less than a year. I have thoroughly enjoyed this new hobby and I have been informed and educated by the staff at Wild Birds Unlimited, Barrie. They have always been most courteous, friendly, helpful, and willing to share tips and pointers with me.

I find the staff always very knowledgeable and friendly. Always greet you when you arrive and help carry out your purchase. They recommend the best type of seed for different situations.

Carrie always greets us with a big smile and brightens any visit to this store. She is a thoughtful, helpful person, everything we want in a salesperson. Our WBU is always clean, with helpful staff, good inventory, and enough staff on duty to avoid a long wait. Staff are always available to carry heavy bags to our car. Repairs on WBU feeders are done quickly, when possible. Definitely they offer higher quality bird food and feeders than our other local stores.

Just what all your questions answers. They were polite,friendly and helpful. they carried my 3 bags of bird food out to my car.They told me to have a nice day and were all around pleasant and nice to deal with.
